RECOMMENDATIONS TO COMPLETE LEVELS 1 -4

LEVEL 1

(A) ADMINISTRATION OPERATION

· Assign TLT’S to any of the following, but not limited to:

1. Planning committee and /or staff member who coordinates planning the major activities for the Club.

2. Sabbath School or A.Y. Department Assign TLT’S to work with a unit counselor to develop creative ideas for worship/devotion for regular and outdoor club meeting and or other programs.

· Assign TLT’S to assist in teaching basic drilling & marching techniques (TLT’S can be assign to the Drilling & marching instructor). Also ensure that a clear understanding of security procedures during any pathfinder or church activities are shown by each TLT.

(B) AY CLASS WORK /HONOR OPERATION

Assign TLT’S to assist A.Y class instructor; teaching and planning the AY class work. This could be for the entire club year or set period.

Assign TLT’S to the staff member (s) who coordinates the A.Y honor selection necessary to complete the class work.

LEVEL 2

(A) OUTREACH OPERATIONS

Assign TLT’S to work with, but not limited to:

1. Community service department

2. VBS department /education department

3. Personal ministries department

4. Committee who coordinates outreach ministries in the club.

Assign TLT’S to assist the club secretary

Assign TLT’S to the staff member and/or committee who coordinates field trips, outreach

and other activities of the club.

(B) CAMPING /ACTIVITY OPERATION

Assign TLT’S to assist the camping committee or staff member (s) who coordinates camping activities.

Assign TLT’S to unit and/or class instructor to ensure that all unit and class work activities are completed and carried out effectively.

LEVEL 3

(A) COUNSELING OPERATIONS

Assign TLT’S to work with a unit as a Jr. Counselor/Counselor.

Assign TLT’S to work with an AY Class.

(B) FINANCIAL /CLERICAL OPERATIONS

Assign TLT’S to assist the club’s secretary and /or treasurer or staff member who are responsible for the collection of club dues/ uniforms, trips, camping, etc.

Compulsory

(C) Commence work and do majority of the Master guide program.

LEVEL 4

Compulsory

The TLT will be a registered member in the Master Guide program and complete the

The class during the year that he or she works on the above level.
