Relief for Haiti

In the wake of Haiti's tragedy We must band together as a people to help our brothers and sisters.

Our brethren are sleeping in the streets and in open parks due to lack of proper shelter. In an effort to provide aid, Franco-Haitian Pathfinder Federation will be collecting tents, sleeping bags, pillows, first aid kits, and anything else that you can give. Monetary donations are also welcomed.

Donations can be dropped off at Horeb SDA between now and January 23.

We are asking that everyone make this effort to donate.

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will  not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be  troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.There is  a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of  the tabernacles of the most High. Master Guide Class 2010 - UPDATE

Registration is now open for the Master Guide Class of 2010.

Master Guide Class will be held at Hanson Place SDA Church for 2010

Please download the registration form from online and bring it to class on February 7, 2010.

Documents to bring:

• Class Registration Form
• Camp Registration Form
• Health Information Form
• Proof of Age - YOU MUST BE 16 YEARS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS.
• Recommendation from your club director - THEY NEED TO RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE THE CLASS AND THEY ALSO HAVE TO VERIFY THAT YOU ACTUALLY PARTICIPATED IN CLUB FUNCTIONS AND MEETINGS AT THE END OF THE YEAR IN SEPTEMBER ALSO.
• Baptism Letter.

Registration is $40, so please bring this along with the above mentioned document.

For Church Heritage we will be using the brown spiral book name 'Church Heritage'. It's the same book used every year. Please try and acquire one from someone who has done the class previously. It is also available from advent source. If you cannot get one, we will have to order one for you and you will need to bring an additional $10.

BSI Drum Corp Practice

BSI Drum Corp practice will resume on Thursday December 3, 2009 at Horeb SDA Church. Meeting time will be 6pm. Practice will run every Thursday following unless otherwise notified.

All drum corp within the BSI Area are expected to be in attendance as we are looking to really develop a large, strong corp.

Attending pathfinders are expected to be in Club shits, sweat pants and be there with equipment.
